Monday, September 26, 2011: Patricia Gallagher Book Award Presentation - from 4:30 - 6:00. McCornack Elementary. Karen Antikajian will present the five nominated books along with lots of ideas for using them in the classroom or library. A large packet of activities for using these and related books will be available for $5.00 to cover the cost of printing. Download flyer.

Friday, October 14, 2011: 12th Annual Literacy Conference - from 8:00-3:30 at Turston Middle School, 6300 Thurston Rd., Springfield. Many sessions for K-12.
