March 2, 2010, 5-7:00 PM: Read Across America Event at the Albany Heritage Mall, 14th Avenue, SE, Albany. Children read with a therapy dog from a local kennel club, enjoyed the Bookwalk, made a craft, make a bookmark from recycled materials, listened to readers from OSU and enjoyed snacks donated by Target. Many families and friends took advantage of this free event and had a wonderful time!
